Shipping is always free within the Netherlands at To the South! Even with small quantities. Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are free from €20. Would you like to ship your order to another country not listed at checkout? Please get in contact with us.
Of course, you want your robotic mower blades and parts to arrive quickly. When you order before 3 p.m., you will have your order delivered the next business day. Do you live in Belgium or another country? Then it may take a day longer because the products are shipped from the Netherlands.
You can pay safely at To the South with iDEAL (all banks), Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgium), Credit Card (MasterCard/Maestro), PayPal and Apple Pay, but you can also opt for Klarna Back Payment.

If you wish to cancel your order please get in contact as soon as possible. We will then see if the order has already been shipped. If not, the order can be cancelled free of charge.
Still not quite what you were looking for? Returns are no problem. At To the South you have 30 days reflection time, so you can return the product(s) within this period. Note: the return costs are at your own expense.
The legal warranty applies to all purchases. This means that a product is, or should be, what you as a consumer can reasonably expect it to be. If this is not the case, you are entitled – depending on the product – to free repair, a new product or a refund. In all cases, please contact us, because we like to solve it for you!
