You simply insert the old perimeter wire into the waterproof connector on one side and the new perimeter wire on the other side. Then close the blue part of the wire connector tightly. Make sure it is not crooked.
Because they are self-stripping wire connectors, you do not have to strip them. You can insert the Perimeter Wire through the openings at the front without stripping it and pinch it closed (with pliers). The cable connectors are filled with a gel which makes the connection water-repellent. For each repair you will need two cable connectors so that you can connect both ends of the new wire to the old wire.
