Shipping within the Netherlands is absolutely free at To the South ! Outside the Netherlands shipping is free from €20,-. Would you like to ship your order to a country outside Europe? Please contact contact with us.
95% of our products fit in an envelope or a mailbox package. This means you don’t have to stay home to receive the package. Exception: If you order a roll of perimeter wire or more than 100 wire pens, we ship via parcel post.
In the Netherlands, in 95% of cases, your package will arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
In the rest of Europe, in 95% of cases, your package will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. In Belgium, for example, because letter mail is only delivered twice a week, it sometimes takes 4 to 6 business days to receive your package.

Returns
If your order isn’t quite what you were looking for, returns are no problem. At To the South you have 30 days reflection time, so you can return the product(s) within this period. Please send an email to info@tothesouth.comYou will receive an email within 2 working days with instructions on how to return your order. You have 14 days to do this. Once we have received the return, we will transfer the purchase amount back into your account within 5 working days. The costs for the return are for your own account.
Please note: Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
